Important Message concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19)
At Panhandle Home Health, we are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff, our patients, and the community. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following all CDC recommendations and taking steps to reduce any risk associated with the spread of this virus.
Outside visitors to the office of Panhandle Home Health are currently restricted to only those associated with Agency operations who have no risk of exposure and no symptoms of respiratory illness.
Our Staff is being screened for any symptoms of illness on a daily basis. Patients with scheduled visits are also being screened to ensure appropriate medical follow-up if symptoms are present. Any patient that tests positive and is quarantined will be followed by our local health department and no home health visits will be made.
Organization meetings involving 10 or more individuals are being held by audio or video conferencing. All outside meetings scheduled within the facility will be canceled or postponed.
