Baked Corn by Vicki Rohrer

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
2 well-beaten eggs
Salt and pepper

Melt butter and flour; add milk.  Slowly bring to boil, then add corn and sugar.  Stir in eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.  Pour into a well-greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
