Quality Review Nurse, RN, Full Time: Panhandle Home Health is seeking a Quality Review office nurse with experience in OASIS C2/D and ICD-10 diagnosis coding to provide chart audits. The applicant must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced productive environment. Job responsibilities include a variety of chart audits including OASIS review and diagnosis coding using the ICD-10 coding manual as well as reviewing/preparing the HH Certification and Plan of Care. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F, no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call. Certification is preferred in OASIS and ICD-10 coding but not required. Home Health experience is required. The successful candidate must be an LPN with current WV license in good standing. Registered Nurse, Full Time: PHHI has a current opening for a full-time, 40 hour per week RN position. Our nurses go into the home to provide and direct one-on-one skilled care to patients who reside in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties. A current WV RN license is required as well as current CPR certification. One year of nursing experience is required. The position is paid hourly and travel is also reimbursed. A typical day may be drawing labs, providing/teaching wound care, educating patients/families on disease processes. Regular hours are 8a-430p. Weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage is scheduled on a rotating basis and may average 2 days per month. Administrative Services Clerk, Full Time: PHHI is currently seeking a qualified applicant with a HS diploma or equivalent to fill a vacant full time clerical position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 430p with no weekends and no holidays. Applicant will be responsible for maintaining specific day-to-day clerical functions in a fast-paced medical office setting including medical billing/pre-authorizations. Applicant must possess excellent keyboarding skills, computer knowledge, good judgment, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and able to get along with people. Medical terminology knowledge is preferred. The candidate must also have excellent attention to detail and highly efficient and organized. This position requires that the applicant be able to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer, able to use the telephone, and able to formulate and document on agency records.
