Since its inception, and continuing through 2008, Panhandle Home Health has offered home health services to all persons, regardless of their financial situation or insurance coverage. The Agency believes that no one should ever be turned away from care because of an inability to pay. When insurance is available, claims are submitted for services provided. Individuals with limited insurance coverage or no insurance are able to receive home health services based on their completed financial statement.

Unfortunately, health insurance does not cover all costs of providing care, and some patients are not covered by health insurance at all.

To provide Home Health services to all who need them, we depend on individual, organizational, and memorial donations to fill the gaps left by insurance payments. Panhandle Home Health, Inc. is recognized as a 501-C-3 charitable organization, so all donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
